Harbor East Marina in Baltimore is located at the base of the Legg Mason Tower in Baltimore, MD. When the 'Domino Sugar' sign is off your port stern, the marina will be visible to your starboard bow. Hail us on channel 68.

Security measures & Guidelines
Along with the other amenities offered at Harbor East Marina, our 24-7 security team is one that distinguishes our establishment from others in the Baltimore area. The Harbor East Security Department is comprised of off-duty police, armed, and unarmed security officers who provide surveillance and support throughout the neighborhood. These trained security officers are staffed around-the-clock and are managed by a team of security professionals to help secure the area and to aid with any security and/or safety related incident. Our security staff is also available to provide escort services around the Harbor East property.
For added security, Harbor East Marina has our own gated enclosure with access codes updated regularly, with officers patrolling the entrance to the marina office and docks each night.
Look for team members in the light blue “Harbor East Security” shirts either on foot or Segway while they are patrolling and helping to keep the neighborhood safe!
Additionally, the waterfront area and Harbor Promenade is patrolled by the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore’s safety guides.

Harbor East Marina is the only marina with direct access to the heart of downtown Baltimore that has 500ft of alongside dockage available, making it an ideal stop for superyachts in the Bay. From activities, to provisioning, Harbor East has everything a Captain needs!
Captains and boat owners will love being able to dock with ease in the heart of Downtown Baltimore. The staff at Harbor East Marina will be on-site to help as needed, and provide guests with anything they may require while in town.

POWER NOTICE: Our power pedestals use an Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter due to new electrical code requirements requiring greater ground fault protection in marinas. As a result, some vessels may not be compatible with our shore power systems.

Dock and Dine is on a First Come, First Served Basis and cannot be booked online. Rate includes 3 hours of dockage. Transient electric rates apply.

Shore Power Notice
PLEASE NOTE: If your boat requires Double 30AMP electric, and your LOA is greater than 30ft please select Single 50A for your power requirements. Please bring your power adapter/splitter. Harbor East only offers 30AMP on Docks G and H, which are max 30ft slips.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for transient guests on regular days, and a 7-day cancellation policy for all holidays and special events, including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc.
Please contact us at least 48 hours or 7 days prior to your stay to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than the required advance period are eligible for a credit towards a future stay at our marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster on site.
